"Ivel
Be Back"
|
At long last
we can announce that the club's new water on the River Ivel in
Bedfordshire is open to members. Over a mile of river near
Sandy is available to members following agreement with the
Kingfisher AC, controlling syndicate.

The
reputation of the VAC as a responsible club was key to us
gaining access to this water and all members who visit the
fishery are asked to be extra vigilant in following the rules,
parking and access regulations. Full details and maps are on
the front the September issue of the VAC Newsletter. If you
are a member and have not received your copy please contact
the club secretary; see Contacts
for details.

Your
contribution here? |
|
Any articles,
photos and comments would be welcome. With a thousand members
I'm sure some of you must be capable of producing some quality
photos of fish from club waters.

This
makes a nice change, a contribution from club member Richard
Pringles. This beautiful study of Foxgloves at Frogmore is
instantly recognisable to those who have visited this fishery
during the Summer.
