Frogmore Redevelopment Now Underway

As previously reported, the VAC is undertaking redevelopment of the two disused pools on our Frogmore fishery. Work on no.1 pool has now started - now just imagine yourself casting a line here in a year or so!

Reports this month from around our waters include a catch of five 4lb chub from the Leasey backwater, several double figure barbel from Felmersham, a chub of 7lb 6oz from Radwell and, from Smallford, a pike of 22lb, bream to 9lb and up to seven high double and 20lb+ carp in a session. Finally Frogmore Match Pool has benefited from a stocking of 1700 carp (bet they didn't count them all).

Half Price Membership

Prospective new members can still join the VAC at half price. That means adults can join for just £27.50 + £25 annual subscription providing full access to our waters until next June (subject to applicable close season restrictions).
