Tench
and carp on the feed at Frogmore - carp to 30lb at Turnford and
Smallford
| The warmer weather has
really stirred the recently stocked tench in the Frogmore
Car Park Pool into action with catches of up to 38
fish in a morning session reported. |

Meanwhile, over on the Match
Pool sport can still be a little frustrating for match men
with just 11lb needed to win a recent booking. But come back
when the sun is shining (remember the wellies as the banks are
very water logged) and you can expect plenty of carp
around the 4-6lb mark on surface baits. Largest reported is a
14lb common to James Williams. |
Over
on Smallford
patience is paying of for the bivvie boys with carp to 24lb and
reports of big roach to 2lb coming to those looking for fish other
than carp. Finally, carp reported to 30lb from the Turnford
Consortium waters near Cheshunt.
