It seems to
have rained the whole of May.
This changeable weather has hit the
fishing at times with water over the banks and results
during May at Smallford & Frogmore rather patchy. |

Frogmore were hit both by the weather and TV football with
attendances dropping from 22 at the beginning to 10 at the
end.

waters have been replaced with strong clear flows, lush streamer
weed and shoals of fighting fit roach, chub and barbel. Sounds
like a dream - well it might be for some but for club members
visiting our fisheries on the Ouse and the Upper Lea (Lee?) it is
what they have come to expect. And let's not forget the little
River Flit -
