Make Time For Trout The VAC trout season will commence on Saturday 23rd March. This popular section of the VAC welcomes new members for fly-only trout fishing during the traditional close season at our Riverside Road fishery. Working Party News

January saw a good turn-out at the Riverside Rd working party, preparing the site for a new wooden hut. Mind you, most of the action was around the tea-urn!

The VAC match team were the home club in their first- round challenge for the Angling Times Super Club knockout, fished on Feb 9th on a blustery Frogmore Match Pool. Click here for the full result. Below winner Ash Adams and 2nd place Paul Bangs pose with a couple of useful 'lumps'
