OK...so
it's not stopped raining since July, the water's either gin
clear or the colour of coffee, the banks are mud baths and the
fish seem at times to have flown South.
So what's
the point I'm trying to make? Simple, no-one has ever caught
fish by staying at home. Make the effort and the reward, like
the misty sunrise above, can make up for the occasional poor
day. By the way, the above was the view from my peg on a carp
pool in Kent. Five hours for two bites, 3lb and a section win.

Any articles, photos and comments
would be welcome. With a thousand members I'm sure some of you
must be capable of producing some quality photos of fish from
club waters.

Another
one from my collection, young Sam with her first carp, this fat four
pounder from the car park pool at Frogmore.
